Veteran, Navonya Thomas is Co - Founder and CEO of Hickman and Thomas. With over 15 years of direct business and property management experience, Navonya is definitely our secret sauce. With experience managing budgets of up to 1.8 million dollars, Navonya is no novice to what it takes to manage a successful business. 

Committed to industry excellence, Navonya is a progressive leader with an innate ability to bring structure and order to any organization. Navonya has helped numerous major corporations, agencies and small businesses retain success by using her hands on management approach to influence results.

As a no - nonsense practical leader, Navonya relies heavily on her excellent time management and strategic planning skills. Organized and systematic, Navonya moves with a robotic like efficiency, fostering operational excellence.

Currently working as an advocate for preserving rural and inner city public housing, Navonya is recognized in the community as a community leader and advocate for those in need of low income resources. 

In addition to trail blazing the way for Public Housing stabilization, Navonya also gives back to the community through her non profit, The Pink Planter. 

The Pink Planter is a floral delivery service delivering smiles to women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.  A cancer survivor herself, Navonya knows all too well how life can change in an instant, and is always progressively seeking ways to support women during this plight. As 1 in 8 women are now being diagnosed with breast cancer, the need for continual support on this journey is never ending.
